If you have not yet received that email we may have the wrong email for you, or are expecting someone else to be the Administrator for your team.

Please email dnkorte@gmail.com and indicate your full name, email address, and the team for which you are administrator, and I will make adjustments as necessary, or re-send you the appropriate credentials.
